Who we are
Titan Co. Ltd. is a company based in Ad-Damir, Sudan, at the intersection of Tahadi Road with Um Al-Tuyour Bridge Road, supplying heavy machinery, water pumps and solar systems.

This website is provided to help you learn about our products and services and to contact us. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt, copy or reverse-engineer it.
Product photos, specifications and availability are presented for guidance and may differ slightly from the equipment actually supplied, particularly where a manufacturer updates a model.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting the contact form or messaging us on WhatsApp, phone or email is an enquiry, not an order. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to sell.
Prices, specifications, delivery times and stock availability we share verbally, by message or in a written quotation are indicative and can change before an order is confirmed. A sale is only agreed once both parties confirm the terms of that specific order in writing (invoice, quotation acceptance or contract).
Warranty
Equipment we supply is covered by the warranty terms of its manufacturer (Shacman, Sunward or the relevant pump/solar component manufacturer), communicated to you at the time of sale. Beyond that manufacturer warranty, equipment is supplied without further warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Titan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profit or project delay) arising from your use of this website or of equipment we supply, except where that loss results from our own negligence or breach of a written contract with you.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Intellectual property
The text, photos, layout and branding of this website belong to Titan or to the equipment manufacturers and brand owners we represent, and may not be copied or reused without permission, other than for your own reference while evaluating our products.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sudan, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sudan.
