Who we are

Titan Co. Ltd. is a company based in Ad-Damir, Sudan, at the intersection of Tahadi Road with Um Al-Tuyour Bridge Road. We supply heavy machinery, water pumps and solar systems.

Information we receive

You can browse this website without giving us any personal information. We only receive information you choose to send us:

• Enquiry form: the details you type (name, company, email, phone, the product or service you are interested in, and your message) are not sent to or stored on our website. When you press send, your device opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message, and we only receive it if you send it there.
• WhatsApp, phone and email: if you message, call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you include in your message.

How we use it

We use the information you send us only to:

• reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations;
• arrange supply, delivery, installation support and after-sales service;
• keep the business records we need to operate and to meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only when needed to deliver what you asked for (for example with a supplier or transport company handling your order), with the services we use to communicate with you (WhatsApp and our email provider), or when required by law.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use any tool that builds a profile of you or follows you across other websites.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall visitor traffic to the site (such as how many people visit and which pages are popular). It is cookie-less, does not use any persistent identifier, and does not collect personal data about individual visitors.

The site also saves one setting in your browser's local storage: your choice of light or dark theme ("titan-theme"), so the site looks the same on your next visit. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

Because nothing here tracks you individually or sets non-essential cookies, the site does not show a cookie consent banner. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

Third-party services

Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information.

Traffic analytics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track individual visitors (see above).

Links to WhatsApp, email and other sites take you to services run by other companies, which handle your information under their own policies.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer information for as long as we need it to respond to you, serve you as a customer and keep required business records, and then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing us. You can also stop receiving messages from us by telling us so.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
